How do I subscribe to one of the Sell and Scale tools and when will I be billed?

In the app, tap: Profile > Profile & Settings > Memberships > Toolkits > Sell and Scale > select your tool*.  

If you want to cancel your subscription or switch between tools, it’s: The Profile icon > Profile & Settings > Memberships > select the tool > Manage subscription

* The minimum subscription period for Sell In-Person (rent device) is 12 months. If you cancel early, we’ll charge you the monthly fees for the remainder of the period, plus a £50 cancellation fee.

When will I be billed?

Our billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month, with subscription fees collected on the 4th.

When you subscribe, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days of the month. From the next billing cycle onward, we’ll charge the full monthly price of the Sale and Scale tools you’re using, on the 4th.

When you cancel your subscription on or after the 1st of the month, you’ll still be charged for that month. The cancellation will become effective at the beginning of the following month.
